SUMMARY:Transforming AI Policies: From Compliance to Critical Literacy
DESCRIPTION:In this interactive 60-minute virtual workshop\, participants
will move beyond simply defining permitted and prohibited uses of
generative AI. Faculty will explore how learning-centered AI agreements can
 promote critical thinking\, ethical judgment\, transparency\, and
disciplinary responsibility. Through guided reflection and practical
examples\, participants will examine their current course expectations and
begin revising a syllabus statement or assignment guideline that clearly
explains where AI supports learning\, where it does not\, and
why.\n\nPresenter: Dr Suzanne L Porath\n\nBrought to you by the K-State AI
 Consulting Service (KAICS).
