Copyright Series: Fair Use Workshop

Copyright Series: Fair Use Workshop In-Person

Join this workshop to review, the most flexible yet ambiguous exception to U.S. copyright law, fair use. The presenter will explain the four factors of fair use and how they may be applied, explore the fair use evaluator tool, and provide scenarios for participants to practice their newfound evaluation skills.

This event is one of the three workshops within the Copyright Series that will be highlighting topics within U.S. Copyright Law, including fair use, Creative Commons licensing, and U.S. Copyright problem solving.

Optionally, join via Zoom at https://ksu.zoom.us/j/5905348241. If you register, a recording of the Zoom presentation will be sent to all registrants and attendees after the workshop.

*Please note that these sessions will not provide legal advice.
